Having stayed at Passage for a memorable family vacation, I am pleased to share that our time at the hotel was pleasant overall. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Although a room freshener in the bathroom would enhance the experience. One striking feature that resonated with us was the Hotel Triplets Entertainment, offering a variety of activities to keep the whole family entertained. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, exemplified by their prompt response when we left behind a personal item.
